Designed for players of all ages, it is a fun, highly motivational workout that gets players in great shape

  • Tuesdays TRX and speed, agility and quickness training with light resistance 3:30-4:15
  • Wednesday TRX – Suspension Training 5:30-6:00PM
  • Small groups, 1:1 session are available

Etchfit – Pat Etcheberry Fitness Program for Tennis Players

Etchfit is a cutting edge group exercise program based on Pat Etcheberrry’s training secrets which have resulted in over 100 Grand Slam champions, 120 Masters champions, 12 #1 ranked players in the world, over 200 ATP and WTA pro’s and over 5,000 juniors (privately and through the USTA National Training Center).

Speed, Agility, Quickness – SAQ

Focuses on improving a player’s balance, explosiveness and quickness around the court. The drills (running, sprints, footwork ladder, reaction) aim to develop the players’ ability to change direction, footwork and flexibility.

TRX – Suspension Training

TRX is a revolutionary method of leveraged body-weight exercise. There are hundreds of exercises that can be performed that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. Intensities can be easly modified which, makes this such a great tool for any fitness level.
