Days: Themed and progression: Small Ratios

Dynamic warm up. Technical/tactical drills developing the 5 tennis situations.

Match play. Tactical point patterns and mental drills. Recovery exercises and stretching

 Full Week Camp

Days:  Monday – Friday

Times:     Monday –Thursday  9:00-5:00  and Friday 9:00-2:00

Level: USTA Novice – Open

Age:  9-17 yrs old

Players are separated by age and level

Players are placed with an American family for a total cultural experience. Families are careful screened and selected to proved the best possible experience for each participant in the international summer program.
